Contact the Zelanovir Editors

Send questions about a program, corrections to something we have published, or suggestions for coverage. Messages go to the editorial team, not to any institution, and we read all of them.

Coverage that earns a reply

What to send us

Three kinds of message get a useful reply. Everything else lands in a slower queue, so it helps to pick the one that matches you.

Corrections
A program page lists a course, requirement, or duration that no longer matches the institution's own listing. Tell us the page, the detail, and the link to their current page.
Comparison questions
You are weighing two Canadian web design programs and the answer is not already on the comparison page. Ask a specific question about structure, transfer credit, or delivery format, and we will point you to what we know.
Coverage suggestions
A Canadian college or university web design program we have not written about yet. Send the program name, institution, and a link to the official listing, and we will take it into the queue.

Fastest route to a fix

How to report a correction

Include the page name, the detail that is wrong, and a link to the institution's own page showing the current information. That last part matters: it lets us verify and update quickly rather than re-researching the whole program.

Corrections are usually processed within a week or two, depending on how many pages the change affects. When a correction touches several program pages, we work through them together so the whole comparison stays consistent.

  1. Name the page

The title you were reading, or the program it belongs to.

  2. Quote the detail

Course name, requirement wording, or duration — whichever does not match anymore.

  3. Link the source

The institution's own page showing the current version of that detail.

  4. Note the date you saw it

Calendars and course lists change between terms. A date helps us judge whether a page is simply out of season.

Send the message

Write to the editorial team

Use the form for corrections, comparison questions, or coverage suggestions. Keep it short: the page, the detail, and the link do most of the work.

Privacy and your message

We use the information you send to respond to you and to update our pages where relevant. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with institutions. The privacy policy explains how submitted data is handled in full.

Open the privacy policy

Helpful for corrections and coverage requests. Leave it blank for a general question.

Only for corrections. Paste the official listing that shows the current detail.

A real person reads every message. If your question is about a deadline you already face, the institution is the faster route.

Response times

We aim to reply to corrections first, since they affect other readers. General questions take longer, and during busy registration periods it can be two weeks or more.

If your question is time-sensitive and relates to an application deadline, contact the institution rather than waiting on us. We work on a small editorial calendar and cannot reorder it around individual deadlines.

A clear subject line and the exact page in question both shorten the wait. So does including the institution's own link: corrections with a source usually go out faster than corrections without one.

Coverage requests

If you teach or administer a Canadian college or university web design program and would like it considered, send the program name, institution, and a link to the official listing.

We evaluate programs against our own criteria, which focus on continuing education, certificates, and credit microprograms in this field. A program that sits outside those categories may still be interesting, but it usually lands lower in the queue.

We cannot promise coverage. What we can promise is that every suggestion is read and logged for the next planning round.

How we work

About the Zelanovir editorial standards

Zelanovir is an independent Canadian editorial hub. We compare web design courses, certificates, and microprograms across colleges and universities, and we publish what we find. We are not affiliated with any institution, and no college or university pays for a place on our comparison pages.

Every program page is written from the institution's own published listings and reviewed against our own criteria for continuing education, certificates, and credit microprograms. When something changes upstream, corrections from readers are often how we find out first.

Before you send

Two questions readers ask first

If your question is already answered here, you save both of us the round trip.

Will you answer questions about a specific application?

No. We do not have access to institutional records. Contact the college or university continuing education office directly — they hold the current information on applications, registration, tuition, and course availability.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

We do not run a mailing list. If you receive anything claiming to be from us that looks like a newsletter, treat it as unrelated to this site and do not act on any links inside it.

Send it and we will take it from there

Corrections, comparison questions, and program suggestions all arrive at the same desk. If you are still weighing two programs, the comparison page is usually the faster read than waiting on a reply.
